Requirements:
Higher education;
Civil law, financial and tax legislation and legislation on accounting;
Resolutions, instructions, orders, other guiding, methodological and normative materials of financial and control and auditing bodies on the organization of accounting and reporting, as well as those related to the financial and economic activities of the enterprise;
Regulations and instructions on the organization of accounting at the enterprise, rules of its maintenance;
Procedure of registration of operations and organization of document flow on accounting sections;
Forms and procedure of financial settlements;
The order of acceptance, receipt, storage and expenditure of inventory, cash and other valuables;
Methods of economic analysis of economic and financial activity of the enterprise, identification of on-farm reserves;
Rules of settlement with debtors and creditors;
Conditions of taxation of legal entities and individuals;
The procedure for writing off shortages, receivables and other losses from the accounting accounts;
The rules for conducting inventories of cash and inventory;
Procedure and terms of preparation of accounting balances and statements;
The rules of inspections and documentary audits;
Enterprise structure, strategy and prospects of its development;
Modern means of computer technology and the possibilities of their application to perform accounting and computer works and analyze the production, economic and financial activities of the enterprise;
Advanced domestic and foreign experience in improving the organization of accounting;
Rules and norms of labor protection, labor legislation;
Market methods of economic management.
