Project Commissioning Manager (expatriate role)

Please be kindly informed that FIRCaspian is looking for candidates for the position of Project Commissioning Manager (expatriate role). 

Location: Zhanaozen

Work schedule: 6/1

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, or industrial);
• Extensive, proven experience (typically 8+ years) in commissioning power generation plants, especially those involving gas engines or turbines;
• Experience in a leadership role, having managed teams of supervisors and technicians;
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is often preferred;
• Knowledge of Proverlis Software will be a plus;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including client, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities;
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting;
• In-depth knowledge of power plant operations, commissioning methodologies, and control systems;
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
