Requirements:

• Higher technical education in engineering, design, facilities management, or related fields;
• Significant experience (typically more than 10 years) in maintenance, facilities management, or operations, with a substantial portion of this experience gained in a leadership or management role;
• Certification from the Republic of Kazakhstan or an international regulatory body, in accordance with the established requirements of the position;
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of industrial safety regulations and labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• International certification or accreditation in one or more relevant areas, depending on the position, such as quality assurance and management, maintenance management, construction, or facilities management (e.g., PMI, ISO, CMPR, CFM, ISO 45001, etc.);
• In-depth knowledge of and certification in international safety standards and regulations (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH), as well as a demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe working environment;
• Proven experience in managing regulatory compliance and overseeing work execution;
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of industrial relations legislation and regulations;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, clients, and client-facing personnel;
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including critical thinking and decision-making;
• Excellent organizational skills.
